Meet Sarah Halpern, M.S., CCC-SLP

Sarah Halpern is a Speech-Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience helping neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults develop meaningful social connections in ways that align with their communication styles and strengths. She specializes in social communication, peer interactions, and self-advocacy across a variety of settings, including community-based activities, schools, homes, and online spaces.

Sarah earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Master’s in Communicative Disorders from California State University, Northridge. She is also certified in the UCLA PEERS® for Young Adults program, a highly regarded evidence-based approach to supporting social relationships.

Sarah’s approach is neurodiversity-affirming, individualized, and practical, focusing on real-world strategies to help clients build confidence, form authentic relationships, and navigate social interactions with ease.
